Resource optimization is a mechanism we use to deliver better value to customers. Our resources are deployed where their contribution is highest without compromising quality. We know one model doesn’t fit all customers. So, depending on the project requirement and customer preference, we use a combination of onsite, offsite and offshore resources for effective execution of projects. The onsite resources interact with customer personnel on a day-to-day basis and act as the bridge between the customer and the offsite resources. The offsite resources are mainly responsible for the execution of projects and quality assurance. Our project management style involves continuous reporting to the client and gathering feedback to eliminate surprises.
